Refers to the service allowing couples to create a gift registry where guests may purchase products for them or contribute cash gifts.

Any person who accesses our website or uses our services.

2.5 “Content”

All text, images, graphics, and materials available on the platform.

3. Account Registration

To make a purchase or create a Wedding Registry, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old to register or make purchases.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Products and Pricing

• All products are physical home accessories and décor items.
• Wedding Registry items may be purchased as products or contributed as cash gifts.
• Prices are listed in USD 
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Taxes may apply based on jurisdiction.

5. Payment Terms

• We accept secure online payments through supported payment gateways.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is allowed only for purchasing regular products.
• COD is NOT allowed for Wedding Registry contributions or cash gifts.
• All transactions are processed securely and in the displayed currency.

6. Wedding Registry

6.1 Registry Purchases

• Guests may purchase physical products from the couple’s registry.
• Guests may contribute a cash gift amount chosen on the registry page.

6.2 Gifts

• Cash gifts are processed through online payment methods only.
• Purchased gifts are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
• The flexibility to use 90% of your gift contributions as you wish.
• The remaining 10% can be used to select stunning pieces from our collection, allowing you to bring art, elegance, and timeless beauty into your home.

6.3 Limitations

• COD is not applicable for registry gifts or cash contributions.
• Registry deadlines and availability depend on the couple’s settings.

7. Shipping

• Shipping is available to the regions displayed during checkout.
• Shipping fees depend on destination, weight, size, and chosen delivery method.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, images, designs, and materials on the website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse any website content without permission.

10. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

• Use the website for illegal purposes
• Interfere with platform security or function
• Share account credentials
